Have you ever…

Have you ever initially set out to waste a large chunk of time in an MMO, on something you found mundane, only to get so caught up in it, you missed the deadline for the activity you initially was waiting for? I once had, about, an hour to wait for a timed world event that I’d really been wanting to do. I was also a bit bored and started filling my time by trying to scale different hills, to reach places the developers never intended players to reach. I got so caught up in mountain climbing, by the time I realized it, I had missed my event by 20 minutes.

That’s just one of the joys of MMOs. You, sometimes, never no were you’re going to go or what you’re going to end up having a bunch of fun doing.
